Aspire Group is the Inspiration of Kelly Vinson, our founder. Kelly believes today's buyers and sellers want to make informed decisions in today's real estate market.  Whether in Tallahassee, Crawfordville, Monticello, Havana, or Quincy or across the world, people deserve good representation. Kelly became a REALTOR in 2003, after a 12 year teaching career. She believes buyers, sellers, and investors should have as much information as possible to make the right choices based on that information. So, her goal is to be sure her team gives their customers the best information to make an educated decision.  Most often, people want to be taught/informed, not told to do something.

Having a team of professional allows our team to work with each customer as an individual. We don't hand the transaction off to the next person. We are here every step of the process. This allows each team member to be fabulous AND allows them time with their family, church, civic clubs, and other volunteer opportunities.

What My Team Does

While our specialized areas are in and around Tallahassee, Florida, we also have Keller Williams' agents all across the United States and in Canada.  We've even got referral networks in other countries.

We work to match each Tallahassee, Monticello, Crawfordville, Havana, Quincy, and Midway buyer with a specific Buyer's Consultant who walks a buyer from a 30 minute consultantion, through prequalification with a local Tallahassee lender, to searching for the 'right' house, writing a strong contract, navigating home inspections, negotiations, and then facilitating a smooth closing.

We love first time home buyers!  First time home buyers are enthusiastic.  They are excited about the process and tell all of their friends about their fabulous REALTOR.  Not only that, but first time buyers will probably sell the house in 5-7 years and move up.  Who will they use?  Us, of course.  Why? Because we gave them fantastic service from consultation to close AND we kept in contact with them AND they know our level of integrity.

Listing are the hear of our business. Listings allow us an opportunity to showcase our 3D professional photography.  Our team has a thorough knowledge of our area, schools, shopping, pricing, absorption rates, and other statistics to help you make informed decisions about when to sell, for how much, and about how long it will take at specific price points. Our 3-D photography gives us extra marketing advantages on many real estate sites. We know the work BEFORE your home goes on the market is as important, if not more important, than what happens once it hits the MLS.
